Ok, I'll admit it...I hate to run. But I do put time in on my treadmill even though I think the thing needs an exorcism. I'm more of a get outside and enjoy the fresh air while taking a hike kinda gal. Love swimming, weight train to tone and tighten. Trying my hand at kickboxing is really gets my motor running though...love it!
