I'm like a kid. I like to do a little of everything, but never for a long time. I signed up for Tribesports hoping to get in shape, and stay in shape. My interested is in Muay Thai, tennis, swimming, weight training, hiking, and everything else that will keep me moving.

Jane, women need a certain amount of fat in order to ovulate etc - it is recommended that women shouldn't go below 16% bf. (16-20% for women is good - Just for info :)
