Lee C Well for those that don't know i have decided to postpone my World Record attempt due to a family bereavement. My mind is with family and I would not be mentally prepared for the attempt...I am still running and keeping fit and have a place in this Novembers Piece of String Run...this is a first of its kind event I believe especially for the UK..take a look http://www.centurionrunning.com/piece-of-string-fun-run/
Lee C its been a hard few months, hence the few updates.Work has become busy and will be mental over the Olympic Period. My grandparents have ill health and my mind has slipped a little from running and my record attempt. I am feeling fit and healthy but not so mentally ready with worrying about family. Really don't want to let anyone down so I plan to keep the training up and attack July and Aug with some vigor if i can and take it from there.

Lee C been a quite few week on here - WR planning and i'm pleased to say all is on track. Attempt looks set to be held in the WESTFIELD Centre in London this Sept. 7 days - 520 miles.... Gonna be Epic
