Rory C replied to the topic Ultra Marathons - Should there be categories of Ultra Marathons?

Brendan D Hey Rory! I was just wondering what kind of shoes you'd recommend for doing ultra runs. I'm looking to increase my distances and want to know if there's a specific kind of shoe that you've found works. Thanks a lot.
Hi Brendan, you'll need some really stable trainers and only Saucony and Brooks make them... ALL the rest just aren't up to the job. Hope that helps...
Yeah, it does. Thanks a lot :)
