Swimming, Running, Cycling and Weight Sessions make up my training week and usually have about 10 to 15 hours of training a week. Achieved some amazing things during 2013 so making sure I am setting the bar even higher in 2014:
- Do my first half ironman triathlon in under 5 hours
- Run a marathon in under 3 hours and 10 minutes
- Run 5km in under 18 minutes
- Swim 1km in under 15 minutes
