I agree that YouTube is great start. Just be careful that you choose a video done by a professional otherwise the technique might not be as great.

I am on the same boat and it turns out what I am holding on to is water weight. Maybe cutting back on sodium might help as well.

Thanks for the return follow. Wow ! I love Belly dancing too though I have never tried doing it. I have learnt Indian dancing which really helps stay fit. Wish you all the best for all the challenges you take. Keep challenging yourself..........
