Took about 6 months off. Started back running last week with the couch to 10k plan. Pretty sure I gained too much weight to follow this plan strictly. Gonna have to ramp up some cardio and lifting on the between days to get better/lighter. Uhg. Slipping back this far is an embarrassment, but got to move forward from here.
