Josh W took 9 Challenges
Finished the Tough Mudder 12/2012. Was totally not in shape to do that. I'm gonna buckle down and train better, get lighter for next year's event. Took Dec. and January off. Starting back tomorrow.... I have blossomed into quite the "before" photo. Goals are 215 by June 28th and 205 by Dec. 1st @ 12%.
