After suffering an injury and unfortunately having to pull out of the 2012 Brighton Marathon, I am more determined than ever to smash the 2013 in 3 hrs 30. I also enjoy cycling and swimming. Currently looking into sprint triathlons, with the aim to complete a half ironman within the next couple of years.

Edd S First one today. Had to do it in 3 sets of 50 sec/40 sec/30 sec. I'm also doing it in conjunction with the 100 crunches for two weeks, so I'm hoping i'll be able to do the full two minutes without stopping very shortly
