I played hockey (very averagely) for 15 years but gave up about 12 months ago and have taken up Yoga. I practice Hatha Yoga at Anoushka's Yoga in Earlsfield and it is brillant - highly recommended.
climbing and bouldering,..and any sport that gets me outdoors and into the wilds is important to me. Hoping to get back into fell running...it's been a very long time and need to work on the fitness!!

I have 118 caps for Ireland in hockey. I retired two years ago but continue to play for my club - Belfast Harlequins. I enjoy most sports (spectating and participating) and enjoy keeping fit in general.
I'm a regular walker and gym goer (to maintain my sanity/happiness). I loved doing yoga but am out of the habit and would like some motivation to find a local class. Want to improve my press up technique.
I am certainly not an ultra-marathon fanatic, far from it. I am however a keen rider and love taking the bike anywhere new and challenging. I also enjoy kung fu and taichi and, now and then, hiking.
I love being outdoors... Walking, climbing, snowboarding, biking, sailing, surfing & windsurfing... or sometimes ..just watching. I've run the Great North run, the Great South run, several 10k's.
