I love to sail and have been doing that for several years. I also like to run but I struggle with that possibly my age! I feel that getting out and enjoying myself through sport is a great way to get fit.

Completed Loch Ness Marathon in October 2010 (non runner before that). since then have completed 5 10k races and have cut my PB from 1hr 4mins to 58min 6secs. Will be completing LONDON DUATHLON in Sept 2012
