After a long time spent doing very little physicaly, I have found the energy and drive to start pushing myself more and more. Healthy, My new mantra is : healthy, strong body = healthy, strong life.
I take very little persuasion to go for a run, I try and get out there at least 3 times a week, nothing like that feeling of beating a PB. 10k is my favourite, but running is running, right!
I am a newish marathon runner, no idea why I am doing this to myself, but I DO LOVE IT! I would run everyday, if my legs would allow me!!
