Back into semi-serious riding after a few years off the bike. Previously used to do road races, criteriums and time trials in the 90s. Now commute 3-4 days a week. Currently averaging 300 or so miles a month.
I sometimes play football, go for a run, do some light weights, cycle to work an have played tennis, badminton, swum and rock climbed. I enjoy regular exercise and activities to get fresh air and challenge me!
Currently a seriously lazy fat arse who is technically morbidly obese. Bye bye scary BMI
I'm not a naturally sporty type. Love cycling along our local tracks & towpaths. Goto the gym and practise yoga 4 times a week. Start my yoga teacher training 2 year course in November 2011 .....yikes!!
Have taken part in long distance track and Cross country events, have completed a half marathon and hope to do a full one soon! Hate the gym, love outside. enjoy athletics, yoga and the great outdoors!

Long retired from team sports, I'm now trying to venture into solo sports for two main reasons; to reach (and then maintain) a decent level of fitness, and for the pure enjoyment of a fresh challenge!
I am the coolest chocolate Lab pup in town, a stalwart of the tribesports office. I have a dodge that would put Ronaldo to shame.
I like being active. Love outdoors and rocky hikes. I try to go to the gym every week or at least do a work out at home every day. A little random fact: I hate lifts and escalators with passion.
Love Life, Love sports.
