I sometimes do a bit of climbing, I like sailing and scuba diving. I like to do some walking in the great outdoors when I get a chance.
Im a big believer in nutrious healthy eating with regular exercise, healthy body, healthy mind :)
Have recently decided to do it properly and finish my goal, which is to get as fit as I can. Am quite active and walked the west highland way last march in a pair of high-tops. Smashed it !!!!!!
I use to play rugby until a shoulder injury. I Run and weight train 3 to 4 times a week as well a train for Kickboxing which i love love to train 6 days a week at this if they let me
I will try any sport or challenge once but stupidly I seem to do the hard ones over and over. I have a wide sporting background in team sports but more recently I have been training and competing in triathlons.
I run 2-3 times a week and compete over 5k once a month. Managed to reach my 20 min target last month and am now aiming for 19 by Sept. I also play 5 a side football each week.
