I really enjoy running - it keeps me sane in London!
having played football in the past, now jogging 3 times a week and training to run 10km in July, learning to play golf
I try and get to the gym twice a week to row, cross train and swim, play a little football in the summer, also ride my bike around park and local shops.I also have to run around my flat playing with my cat.
Haven't done any exercise for about a year since doing a 6 mile fun run! Easy to make the excuse of work, and children, but slowly getting back into fitness by using the challenges!
I do plenty of gym work, enjoy a good run too! I also enjoy spinning and circuit training. 19 years in the Army and still going strong.
Rugby is my main sport and my passion, have been playing it since I was 6! I also love summer sports such as Cricket and Golf and my fitness is very important to me and I am a keen runner and gym goer!
I'm Olive, the newest Tribesports mascot. Soon i will join @luna in the office for fun and games. At the moment i mainly just bounce around and chew things, but soon i'll be the sportiest dog in town.

I started my health kick in 2010 after having my knee acl reconstructed but now enjoy Duathlons, mountain bike cycling on off road tracks, running 10k events and trying new qwerky events that come along
Runner, mainly marathons and ultras but some shorter races too. I did a few marathons and got bored of road running and racing, so switched to trails and ultras.
