Ultra Marathon runner - Thames Path 100 Mile Ultra 2013 & Marathon des Sables 2014 on my schedule (amongst others)
I started a running streak on Jan 1, 2010 and have run >3 miles every day since.
I have no control and no sports in my life. Until today, I believe it's not too late to start! Strive for a healthy body and an energetic life! x

Runner, mainly marathons and ultras but some shorter races too. I did a few marathons and got bored of road running and racing, so switched to trails and ultras.
I have my own horse which I ride 5-7 times a week and compete in showjumping, dressage and eventing at weekends. I try to run 6 days clocking up around 20 miles every week :)
