The climbing bug bit me in 2007 when my brother and I went climbing in Watervalboven and have been climbing since but, not nearly as much as I want to. I also cycle and do Muay Thai.
I decided this is the year of being less useless, stopped smoking, went to the gym, started playing action cricket, needed new shoes and bought trail running shoes... and that is how it started...
I suffer from extreme wanderlust! 2011 I started hiking and kayaking, this year I want to add trail running and yoga to the list. I'm up for anything adventurous and exciting and want to improve my lifestyle.
Always liked the idea of being in shape, even tried it a few times with little success-but the time is now! It's going to take a while, but it's going to be damn worth it!
I am in love with Muay Thai: The beautiful art of Thai kickboxing. I will use my body in that which I train it for.
I used to be fit. My school sport was karate. After school played squash, jogged twice a week 2 km. Now struggle to find time to train in the busy daily schedule. So I invented the Ten Minute Workout!
I rode skateboard for 16 years of my life. I'm a little too old now but I still love and follow the sport. Nowadays I work out and run every second day or so. I guess you can call me a fitness freak :)
Never been a athlete... now into gym and wish I did it earlier in my life...
