I'm a bit of a fat bastard these days and loving getting back out there.
I do pilates 3 x per week with a private instructor. In my 23 year old head I am super strong but my (older) body just keeps letting me down.....I fantasize that one day i will look like my bio pic...in the mean time...i just keep trying.
I'm not a sportsperson. like AT ALL.. thats why I've gained so much weight as a kid and now I have to work hard to get it off.
