When will my ordered be shipped?

Orders are processed on the day on business days (monday to friday). Orders made at the weekend will be shipped on monday. We aim to dispatch all uk orders received before 15:00 gmt and all international orders received by 13:00 gmt on the same day. Orders received after this cut off will be dispatched the following business day.

You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order.

Please note: if you ordered a customised parkrun top, all items in your order (other tribesports products, uncustomised parkrun tops etc) will ship with the customised top approximately 2 weeks after your order.

I've ordered a parkrun customised product, when will my ordered be shipped?

As you can imagine demand is very high. Your customised order will be printed and dispatched within the batches stated below. Your batch will be shown at checkout and on your order confirmation. If this changes you will be notified via email.

Batch 1: Dispatch expected after 16th May

Batch 2: Dispatch expected after 23rd May

Batch 3: Dispatch expected after 30th May

Please note customised tops are final sale - we can not accept returns or exchanges. If you have added other items to your basket, they will be shipped with the customised t-shirt. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order is on it's way.

Can I track my order?

UK Shipping

UK Standard shipping is delivered via Royal Mail 2nd class untracked service. This service is extremely reliable and you should expect to receive your orders on time. (Please allow one additional business day for remote areas such as the Highlands and Northern Ireland). If your order is over £100 then the order may be sent tracked and require signing - in the event that you are not in, then the package will be taken to you local post office or delivery depot - you will get a card through your door.

USA, Europe and Rest of the World Shipping

Standard Shipping is provided by Royal Mail in the UK, and then passed to domestic postal services like the USPS in USA. Delivery does not require signing.

Express Courier Shipping is provided by DHL worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you that your order is on the way to you.

Note: Deliveries may not made during weekends, national holidays and bank holidays. Days quoted are business 'working' days. Cut off for processing orders is 15:00 GMT UK and 13:00 GMT for International orders.

Are the delivery dates quoted guaranteed?

We've chosen the delivery options offered based on our experience and that they provide a consistent and reliable service. As you can imagine, there are a huge number of factors that could affect the delivery of your package however - inclement and adverse weather conditions being just one of them.

We strive to minimize delays, but should any arise, we do request your patience and for you to please accept our sincere apologies.

Can I change my address once I've placed an order?

Once your order has been processed, we are unlikely to able to redirect your delivery to another address.

However, please do contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to see how we can help.

If your package is sent to an incorrect address provided by you, and it is returned to us, you will be liable for any shipping costs should you wish for us to re-send your order to a new address after it has been returned.

What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the parcel is on the way out to you.

UK

If the postman is unable to make a delivery, e.g. it won't fit through your letterbox (most orders do), or unable to find a safe place to leave the parcel, the postman will leave a note at your door to give you instruction on picking up at your local post office . Please note, you will have 18 days to pick up your order from your local post office before it is returned to us.

USA

For Standard Shipping, it will be dispatched by USPS. If you are not at home, your local mailman will drop the parcel either through your letter box or by your doorstep (if the parcel is too large).

For Express Courier service, if you missed your delivery, DHL will leave you a note by your door or through letter box, so you can arrange re-delivery or pick up. If you are not sure if your parcel has arrived, you are track your orders here.

Europe & Rest of the World

All Standard Shipping will be dispatched by your local postal service. If you have missed your delivery, they will either leave the parcel by your doorstep or through your letter box.

For Express Courier service, if you missed your delivery, DHL will leave you a note by your door or through letter box, so you can arrange re-delivery or pick up. If you are not sure if your parcel has arrived, you are track your orders here.

My order still hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that your order doesn't reach you by the expected date, please send us an email to hello@tribesports.com. We will do our best to find out where your parcel is and try and get your order out to you as swiftly as possible.

Can I pick up my order direct from you?

Although we'd love to meet you and hear all about your latest runs and races, there are currently no facilities in place for us to allow for personal customer collections. We apologise for any inconvenience.
