Tribesports User of the Week: Archie H

Archie HWhat's been your toughest Tribesports Challenge and which has been your favorite?  

My toughest challenge was the 2 minute plank:  Ohh the burn! but I love them now. My favorite challenge was the 5 person relay and several after that.  Eddie Willets formed the one I joined in, and gave me creative ideas on the next one I created. 

Congratulations on completing your first marathon last week! How did you do?

The line between fitspo and fat shaming?

This week, there's been a lot of controversy around an image posted by Maria Kang - mother of 3 and founder of a non-profit Fitness Without Borders - which has raised the question: where is the line between fitspo and fat shaming?

First off, we should make it clear that this article is not an attack on Maria Kang or her right to post pictures of herself on her own Facebook fan page - she's had a pretty rubbish week, so let's not kick her while she's down!

How Effective Are Bodyweight Squats?

I use bodyweight squats every single day. Training days, rest days, during warm-ups, as part of metabolic conditioning circuits…I use them all the time!

Cycling through Psychosis - Developing Mental Health through Physical Strength
