Tribesports User of the Week: Archie H

Archie HWhat's been your toughest Tribesports Challenge and which has been your favorite?

My toughest challenge was the 2 minute plank:  Ohh the burn! but I love them now. My favorite challenge was the 5 person relay and several after that.  Eddie Willets formed the one I joined in, and gave me creative ideas on the next one I created.

Congratulations on completing your first marathon last week! How did you do?

I did well.  I ran a 4:41.  I wanted a little quicker, but I'm already setting goa...

I ask myself every day - “How will I motivate my students today so they will be successful tomorrow?”  What are my “Learning Targets” going to be?

I joined a local Health Club (YWCA) this past June, 2013. I wanted to begin a swimming program just...

Cycling through Psychosis - Developing Mental Health through Physical Strength

Melissa profile pictureI love to ride my bike.  I have learned to love running.  If there is a body of water near by, I will likely be swimming in it. But I’m on a rollercoaster now…

I have been diagnosed with psychosis.

Psychosis is one of the scariest words in the English language and it brings out images of violent people from Hollywood movies or drug-addled people rocking and mumbling to themselves in dark alleyways so let me explain:

My particular level of psychosis is a beginner “warning” level in whic...
