We can offer a refund or exchange on items returned in an unworn condition, with any tags attached still intact, within 90 days of delivery. Any items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

Coronavirus Returns and Exchanges Information
We are currently closely monitoring the situation around the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to ensure the continued safety of our customers and teams.
Due to the current circumstances, we have extended our 30 day return policy to 90 days for the foreseeable future to ensure you can safely return or exchange any of your Tribe Sports purchases. We will continue to review this over the coming weeks.
Please note that processing times for returns and exchanges are impacted currently due to reduced workforce at our distribution centre. We expect returns and exchanges during this period to take up to 3 weeks, potentially longer for international returns or exchanges. We are continuously monitoring the situation and will update you with any changes as quickly as possible.

UK Returns and Exchanges
In the UK we offer a free returns label with Royal Mail so all you need to do is package it up in its original packaging, fill in the Returns Form (download the free return slip here), cut off and attach the returns label, take your parcel to your local Post Office and ask for a proof of postage receipt.
Please include the returns form with your name, order number, the product details and the reason for the exchange or refund. If any of these details are missing, we will not be able to process your request. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any underwear due to hygiene reasons.
We aim to process exchanges and returns as fast as we can but please allow us plenty of time during busy periods. In these periods the process can take up to 2 weeks.

International Returns and Exchanges
For international orders, we currently don’t offer free international returns, you will need to pay for postage for all returned items. Any custom duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable.
We recommend that you send your parcel via a signed / tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage.
Note: All returns are subject to testing upon receipt - we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
