Returns

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We offer a 60 day returns policy. Buy with the confidence that we offer a no quibble returns process.

The returned item(s) must be unworn, and in its original packaging with swing tags in place.

Returns Policy

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging with all labels still intact
  • The garment must be unworn.
  • Returns must be received within 60 days of the order being made for a refund or exchange.
  • For USA, EU and Rest of the World orders, you are liable for the cost of your return unless the product is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item.
  • Shipping and tax/duties charges are not refundable unless the product is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, we will deliver the new item to your existing delivery address.
  • You must complete the return form (download the form here), please fill in your reason for returning.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an poor condition, we may not be able to accept it for return and refund.
  • For any damaged or faulty products we will cover up to £20 GBP returns postage - if your returns postage costs more, please get in contact with our customer service team.

UK returns and exchanges

For UK customers, please download the return form (download the return form here) and the free return slip (download the free return slip here). You'll be able to easily reseal our delivery bag and use the free return slip to send your item(s) back to us.

  • Ensure your product is unworn and all the tags are still attached
  • Fill in the returns slip including your name and order reference, quantity and returns reason code - this helps us process your return faster.
  • If you're exchanging an item, let us know the item(s) you want. Note the item must be the same style, however you may of course choose a different size or colour, always pursuant to stock availability
  • Insert the item you wish to return or exchange and the returns slip into the Tribesports polybag that your order came with
  • Seal the bag by removing the remaining plastic strips, or if you have torn the bag, use whatever creative method you can!
  • Attach the free return slip (download the form here) to the front of your sealed package
  • Take the parcel to your local post office and ask for a printed receipt. Please store the receipt safely with you until your request has been processed as we may ask you for the proof of shipment.

Distance Selling Regulations: In addition to our returns policy, our UK customers are also protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you don’t like the product upon receipt, you can pack it up again (within seven working days), send it back and you will be legally entitled to a full refund. You don’t even have to have a reason. There are a small number of categories of product that fall outside this no-quibble returns guarantee, for example, bespoke products made to your specification, perishable goods (such as fresh fruit and flowers), newspapers, audio/ video recordings and goods that by their nature can’t be returned. However, as a rule, these products will not be featured on Tribesports. You can read all about the regulations on the Office of Fair Trading website, here:

USA, EU & Rest of the World returns

For overseas returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item - if you're exchanging we will ship your replacement items free of charge.

    • Ensure your product is unworn and all the tags are still attached.
    • Our parcel packaging (the black Tribesports bag) uses a resealable opening, so for your convenience if you like, you can use the original packaging for your return (provided you didn't tear open your purchase too quickly!)
    • Fill in the return form (download the form here) including Name, Order number, Quantity and Return reason code - this helps us process your return faster. (If you lose your returns slip, please get in touch at hello@tribesports.com)

We recommend that you send your parcel via a signed / tracked postal service and keep your proof of postage.

Please mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE to avoid paying customs charges. This needs to be clearly marked on the customs information document entitled CN22 and / or CN23, on the outside of the packaging. If you can't find a CN22 / CN23 form, please contact us.

How long does it take to process returns?

Once we receive your product we will process the return / exchange within 4 days. Refunds are issued within 24 hours and may take 2-5 working days to appear on your statement.
