Joanna G started my new position on monday...i'm at work 2 hours longer but what I find most astounding, even though my hours haven't really changed...what i'm doing while i'm at work is what is kicking my can and making the adjustment is slightly more difficult but it's only been a couple of days so I know it takes time but hopefully now knowing what i'm dealing with I can make the adjustment to be able to get back on the routine and knowing the schedule will be constant will bring some continuity to be able to stay on task but fyi my job is physically demanding...it's only been 4 days but arms, my abs and my thighs hurt like I've done a million pushups and curls....abs feel like I've been doing crunches for days and my thighs feel like I've just as many squats....so I guess in sense i'm still getting a big workout lol
