Lynndell G Really started my workout today! Was awesome! Walked to the field and did a light jog/speed walk. I walked back home and mix up a few challenges. 30 days squat challenge; 30 days crunch challenge; 7 days (10) pushup challenge (have to look for an alternative due to my wrist injury); 7 days (1 min) wall squat challenge. Short but sweet! My intentions are incorporate a few other exercises.
