2 sets of overhead lounges w/ 25lb ball,

1.5hr of treadmill dancing on 30 incline...

Ashley R Put on a pair of shorts today that I haven't been able to button in at least 2 years. Not only did they button, but I needed a belt. They were a size 13. Probably the highlight of my day~!
