Tari S 39 seconds is the best I've come to! My lower back hurts so bad when I hold plank, though I can 'comfortably'/painlessly hold the stick posture in yoga (like plank, but instead of on my elbows, I'm rested on my hands, palms spread) for a over a minute. Any advice?
