Cheryl P Hi Sam, I noticed that you had given some really good information on running cadence a month or so ago. You had said that 180 is a good pace... I am new to running (have been for the last 2 months) and my cadence is about 160 maybe a bit more.. how would I increase that without increasing my speed too much? I am a slow runner, running between 7 and 8 KMs an hour. Thanks for any advice!
