Last week, we ran a competition asking you to complete the sentence 'I train because...' and the response was awesome!!
With a grand total of 478 entries, you guys have shared what motivates you to train. There was everything from "I want to survive the zombie apocalypse" to "I want a second piece of double chocolate cheesecake!" so narrowing down our 15 prize winners was pretty tough.

With the summer tennis season fast approaching, many people will be dusting off their tennis rackets and looking to take to the court once again.
Tennis is an incredibly good sport for fitness, as it requires lots of short sharp bursts at maximum effort, good agility and good overall stamina for long matches. Flyboards are awesome. These water jet packs allow you to re-enact your favourite scenes from science fiction movies (unless you're a big E.T. fan - you can't cycle on them) and are becoming more and more accessible to try out.
