Meet Jess, a 100/60m hurdler we chose to showcase our new collection. Jess is the 2018 England 100m champion, she is ranked 5th in UK and has represented England 5 times.

Achieving such feats requires 5-6 training sessions a week: 3 on the track and the remainder in the gym. Being a sprinter, training sessions are largely focused on working on explosive and high intensity training.

Jess is also currently studying for a sports therapy degree and hopes to go on to complete a masters in osteopathy.

With such a packed schedule finding time to unwind is obviously important. For Jess this comes in the form of yoga, meditation and when she has the time a nice long walk.
