If you're sat at a desk or at home all day, there are many benefits to taking an exercise break either as an team, family or just as an individual activity. Raising your heart rate during your working day is a much more productive break than putting the kettle on - but the two activities don't have to be mutually exclusive!
One of our favourite Tribesports Challenges is Kettle Time!
It can be done as hard or easy as you like, but is a brilliant way to life hack some fitness into your day, and your kettle gives you the perfect timer!
The average person boils a kettle four times a day. This takes anywhere from around a minute to a few minutes. Let's say it takes 2:30. That's 10 minutes every day that are spent idle waiting for the kettle.
Do some push-ups, chin-ups, crunches, squats, sit-ups, or just stretch. Just be active while you wait for the kettle to boil.
Maybe the workout could even earn you that extra biccie? :-)
